This medical visa is given to those who require medical treatment in India. Through this medical visa, an eligible traveler can quickly get medical at reputed or recognized specialized hospitals in treatment centers in India. The validity of the Indian E-Medical Visa will be 60 days from the arrival date in India with Triple entries. It means you can visit India 3 times during the 60 days valid visa. It is important to note that you will not be given a medical visa in India for surrogacy. Another important thing that you should know is that more than two attendants (blood relatives only) are not allowed to accompany the applicant under separate India e-medical attendant visa, and only short term medical mission visits are permitted.

Requirements for e-Medical Visa India

Passport validity of 6 months at the time of entry in India.
A scanned color copy of the first (biographical) page of their current Passport. The name on the Passport should be the same as your use of the application form.
A recent applicant color photo.
Copy of letter from the Hospital concerned in India on its Official Letterhead.
